Measure the impact of your communications using data analytics and use these insights to adapt your communications approaches as needed. Will be part of a matrixed team, regularly collaborating with a group, and be able to work independently.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIESServe as a communications consultant and partner with colleagues, leaders, and various departments to decide what needs to be communicated across our organization. Determine the most effective ways to reach internal audiences with these messages.Contribute to and manage small to medium projects within the assigned area. Develop and execute internal communications plans for special projects or corporate campaigns. These assignments are broad in scope and require depth of knowledge as well as creativity.Plan, research, write, edit, and deliver business and job-related information using digital communications tools (intranets, microsites, emails, key messages, talking points, etc.) to inform team members about our organization’s mission, vision, Core Behaviors, strategy, policies, initiatives, and events.Measure the success of your communications efforts using data from tools such as Google Analytics, SharePoint, and Poppulo, as well as through anecdotal feedback and other metrics that are available to you.Provide counsel to those you work with about the best communication practices and tactics to reach the right audience.
