As a Senior Consultant, you’ll collaborate across Baker Tilly to own engagements, balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, and help clients improve profitability and performance.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree required.
• 3 years of professional experience in manufacturing or manufacturing consulting.
• Strong data analytics and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Assess client operations and identify opportunities to improve business processes and information flow.
• Design and develop data pipelines that consolidate information from multiple sources into analytics platforms.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support operational and executive decision‑making.
• Develop financial models to evaluate capital investments and strategic initiatives.
• Participate in the development of innovative technology‑enabled service delivery models.
• Support program management activities for innovation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and deliver additional value to manufacturing clients.
