Cardinal Health is seeking a Senior Consultant, Business Performance Partner to drive Global Supply Chain transformation. You will apply project management, continuous improvement, and change management to improve KPIs across operations, finance, and service, acting as a strategic advisor with global supply chain expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 8+ years in supply chain with CI, change and project mgmt experience.
• Experience across global supply chain, strong leadership and communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive change across Global Medical Product Distribution using CI and PM tools.
• Unite cross-functional teams to create roadmaps and execute improvement programs.
• Develop and maintain project plans, manage risks, issues, and costs.
• Provide executive visibility with status reports and escalation when needed.
• Lead functional strategy development and stakeholder engagement.
• Navigate ambiguity, influence without direct authority, and ensure accountability.
• Travel up to 15% to support initiatives and governance.
