What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct data collections and forensic analysis, ensuring proper documentation and chain of custody
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding technical information and project updates
- Mentor and lead team members in best practices for computer forensics
- Provide professional customer service and technical support as needed
- Assist sales personnel and project managers with client interactions and technical inquiries
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in data collection or forensic analysis
- Experience preparing written reports and affidavits related to forensic analysis
- At least 3 years’ experience in project scoping and planning
- Proven ability to interact positively with clients and receive favorable feedback
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background in civil or criminal investigations
- Substantial experience providing court testimony
- Experience managing teams or personnel
- Additional years of experience in Digital Forensics beyond the minimum requirement
