Join us to drive the delivery and growth of Deloitte's EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) CFO Programme, one of our flagship executive development initiatives. Since its launch in 2008, the programme has supported more than 2,000 senior finance leaders, building a highly influential network of alumni from some of the region’s largest and most recognised organisations.

This is a highly rewarding role in a collaborative team, helping Deloitte build strong and lasting relationships with some of our most important clients. You'll work closely with CFOs, aspiring CFOs, and Deloitte leaders to deliver exceptional client experiences that support finance leaders at pivotal moments in their careers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Project management, curriculum design and delivery of our signature client experiences
  • Liaise with senior partners to recruit participants and senior board speakers
  • Create high-impact communications
  • Manage programme budgets, governance, risk and data management processes
  • Enhance and grow our network of CFO programme managers across EMEA
  • Continuously improve the Programme experience, identifying opportunities to innovate, improve efficiency and increase impact.
