Job Description

ISN is seeking a Senior Consultant/Field Review Team Leader to oversee the performance of Compliance Reviews and Specialized Reviews, including AdHoc Analysis, Forensic Analysis, and Default Analysis of issuers participating in or applying to participate in the Ginnie Mae MBS program. The role is vital to maintaining the integrity of the program. The purpose of Compliance Reviews is to determine if issuers comply with Ginnie Mae's program requirements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of Ginnie Mae, FHA, VA, and RD mortgages and securities programs, with experience in audit and/or compliance within the mortgage industry and securities programs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience auditing loans post-closing and prior to sale to investors, or experience auditing purchased loans in the secondary market.

Experience

• Minimum of eight (8) years' experience in compliance review or audit tasks, with leadership or supervisory experience in directing a compliance review or audit team.
