Description & Requirements
As a Senior Consultant, ERP Services Delivery, you will support the successful implementation and optimization of construction-focused ERP solutions. Working closely with consultants and client stakeholders, you'll contribute to project planning, system configuration, training, and post-implementation support. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about helping clients improve their operations through technology.
You'll be part of a collaborative team delivering high-quality service aligned with the Forvis Mazars Ultimate Client Experience (UCX) model.
How you will contribute:
- Assist in analyzing client business needs and translating them into ERP system configurations and workflows
- Support project planning activities, including documentation, scheduling, and task tracking
- Participate in system setup, testing, and data migration
- Provide hands-on training and support to client teams during and after implementation
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth go-live transitions and post-implementation support
- Contribute to business process reviews and help identify opportunities for system optimization
- Maintain accurate project documentation and provide timely updates to project leads and clients
- Continuously develop knowledge of ERP platforms and construction industry practices

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; preferred in Business, Accounting
- 1+ years of experience in ERP or software consulting, customer support, or related roles
Preferred Qualifications:
- Foundational understanding of accounting principles (payroll, A/P, A/R, inventory, POs, GL)
- Exposure to construction project management processes
- Experience with Trimble Construction One or similar ERP systems (e.g., Acumatica, Sage Intacct, COINS, CMiC)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
