Publicis Sapient is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead streams within project teams, shaping and delivering innovative business solutions for clients across North America, including Boston. You will mentor colleagues and collaborate across Customer Experience and Engineering to improve performance and manage risk.

The role involves client-facing work, frequent travel to client sites, and coaching in consulting best practices as part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of management consulting experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work on client site and travel as needed.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record in delivering client-focused solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead streams within project teams to define and implement solutions.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants and manage client relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Customer Experience and Engineering.
