Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead data-driven customer data projects for global life sciences clients. You will design and implement Veeva Network MDM, then guide a small team to deliver robust solutions with strong data governance.

You will work directly with clients to understand needs, architect the setup, and ensure timely delivery while coaching junior consultants and driving standardization across engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software consulting or professional services leading customer-facing technology implementations.
• 3+ years configuring Veeva Network MDM or a similar master data management system.
• Solid understanding of data integration tools, including SQL, ETL processes, APIs, and CSV/FTP transfers.
• Experience with structured project timelines (e.g., Agile or Scrum) and managing project tasks.
• Excellent presentation and writing skills; comfortable leading meetings and client relationships.
• Bachelor's degree and ability to travel 20–30% for client meetings.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Projects: Run software implementation projects from start to finish for global healthcare and life sciences clients.
• Design Data Solutions: Set up the platform to track healthcare professionals, organizations, and product data; merge internal sources into a single source of truth.
• Connect Systems: Link Veeva Network MDM to Vault CRM for accurate field data and updated customer profiles.
• Configure Portals and Widgets: Create dashboards to allow business users quick data access and search.
• Advise Stakeholders: Run workshops and present designs clearly to client managers and stakeholders.
• Improve the Team: Train junior consultants and create reusable templates to speed future implementations.
