Job summary

SYSTRA Consultancy is hiring for a Senior Consultant role in the Passenger Transport team, with hybrid working across UK offices (London, Glasgow, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds). You will support bus operations, network planning, and ticketing/information projects, liaising with clients to confirm requirements and deliver technical solutions either solo or in teams.

Qualifications

• Significant Bus operations experience, including network planning and other commercial skills.
• Experience delivering ticketing and/or information projects.
• Direct work for clients including on-site secondments.
• Good report and proposal writing skills.
• Established relationships with existing and potential clients in public and private sectors.
• Flexibility to juggle competing project demands.

Responsibilities

• Support the technical delivery of bus operations, network planning and ticketing/information projects.
• Direct liaison with clients to confirm latest requirements and ensure needs are fulfilled.
• Deliver technical solutions for existing clients alone or as part of a team.
• Discuss future requirements with clients and secure new business for SYSTRA.
• Project management and proposal management; support business development.
• Identify and communicate client/project objectives; model quality assurance for investment decisions.
• Prepare and deliver technical reports and presentations.
