Senior Consultant – Analytics Strategy

Trinity is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our growing Analytics organization with a focus on delivering data and AI‑enabled analytics solutions for life‑sciences clients. The role blends strong client engagement, analytics execution, and practical application of AI (including GenAI and LLM‑based approaches) across commercial use cases. Senior Consultants lead delivery excellence, develop junior talent, and scale Trinity’s AI‑enabled analytics capabilities.

Essential Functions

• Collaborates with team members on analytics projects to deliver high‑quality, data‑driven solutions to clients.


• Coordinates with consultants and clients to identify business needs and develop customized solutions; educates and trains other team members on methodology.


• Develops and implements analytics and AI‑driven approaches to forecasting, sales analytics, omnichannel measurement, and data science.


• Identifies key insights from complex data outputs and directly links them to strategic implications for clients’ businesses.


• Participates in recruiting efforts and organizes training and mentorship support for junior staff.


• Creates and manages client proposals and presentations.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus. Quantitative or life‑sciences‑related fields preferred.

Work Experience: 3–5 years in life‑sciences analytics, consulting, or related fields, with experience in commercial pharma datasets, advanced analytics applications, omnichannel measurement, marketing analytics, or technology‑enabled solutions.

Skills:

• Foundational understanding of AI, LLMs, and life‑sciences real‑world data.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $118,000–$177,000 per year. Compensation is based on skill set, experience, education, location, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
