Job summary

Tarka Talent is seeking a Senior Consultant for a leading management consultancy in New York. You will own defined workstreams within complex transformation programmes, combining structured problem solving, stakeholder management and high-quality delivery to create meaningful outcomes for clients.

The Senior Consultant will require around 4 years' experience and a track record of independently leading consulting workstreams, with expertise in transformation, digital, technology or operating

You Will Need

To succeed as a Senior Consultant, you will need:

• Experience coaching junior consultants or supporting client team members.
• Excellent communication, emotional intelligence and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
