AXA XL is seeking a Senior Underwriter for Group Captives in Construction. The role focuses on tailoring high-touch solutions, collaborating with industry experts, and supporting clients with risk management across workers' comp, GL, and auto within primary programs.

Using your in-depth underwritingexpertiseyou will tailorhigh toucheffective solutions for our current and prospective clients partnering with dedicated industry experts who have extensive years of construction industry risk management experience.

The U.S. base salary range for this position is$106,500–$186,500USD.
Actual pay will be determined based upon the individual’s skills, experience and location. We strive for market alignment and internal equity with our colleagues’ pay.
