Lead a survey team, prepare staking setups, manage scope and budgets, monitor performance, and ensure accurate machine control models using AutoCAD Civil3D and Trimble Business Center.

Requirements include 7+ years of experience, a Professional Land Surveyor license, a valid driver's license, and proven leadership abilities; we offer competitive compensation

Qualifications

• 7+ years of land surveying experience.
• Must hold a Professional Land Surveyor license.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prepare construction survey and machine control fee proposals.
• Manage scope, budget and staffing for survey tasks.
• Complete monthly financial reporting for survey work.
• Monitor production rates for survey activities.
• Oversee and mentor survey team members.
• Operate GNSS and Robotic Total Station equipment.
• Prepare staking setups using AutoCAD Civil3D and Trimble software.
• Develop and enforce machine control model standards.
• Lead training on construction survey best practices.
