Qualifications

• Ten or more years of commercial construction field experience.
• Minimum of five to ten years in supervisory roles over staff and subcontractors.
• Ability to read plans and specs; OSHA 30 certification.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Navisworks and P6 scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ZERO HARM safety culture and lead safety walks and toolbox talks.
• Coordinate subcontractors and self-perform work on site.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and cost projections.
• Manage project budgets, monthly financial reporting, and pay applications.
• Lead weekly subcontractor meetings and OAC meetings with stakeholders.
• Closeout activities, occupancy certificates where applicable.
