Job summary

BCCI, part of the STO Building Group, is seeking a Night Superintendent in San Francisco, CA to lead high-end renovations and construction projects. This role focuses on quality, client satisfaction and profitability while managing systems, schedules and crews.

Working hours are 5 PM - 6 AM. A bachelor’s degree in CM/CS and 5–10 years of commercial construction experience with Procore and Bluebeam are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or construction science preferred.
• 5–10 years in commercial construction management.
• Experience with Procore and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project staff and coordinate with owner, tenants, and professionals.
• Ensure timely, accurate project documentation and administration.
• Monitor schedules and spending; prepare status and financial reports.
• Perform bid reviews, vendor/subcontractor qualification, estimates and takeoffs.
• Review invoices, approve payments or negotiate changes.
• Prepare change orders and communicate them to subs and client.
• Prepare closeout documentation including warranty info and drawings.
