Job summary

Pulice is seeking an experienced Superintendent in Columbus, Texas, who will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, managing schedules, and ensuring safety compliance. Ideal candidates will have over 10 years of heavy civil construction experience and 7 years in construction management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of heavy civil construction experience required.
• 7+ years construction management experience required.
• Safety Trained Supervisor (STS) certification preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Plan work methods and schedule for assigned project work.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure project compliance.
• Forecast work schedule to identify possible issues.
• Supervise sub-contractor production.
• Support adherence to safety and process controls.
