The role involves enforcing safety, coordinating trades, monitoring schedules, and ensuring project quality while mentoring junior staff. A strong emphasis on safety, training, and project governance is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a superintendent.
• Project experience with ground-up, K-12, Hospitality, Multifamily, urban and suburban locations.
• Commitment to safety and quality management.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety policies on jobsite and conduct toolbox talks.
• Oversee quality assurance/quality control and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Plan and coordinate trades, prepare site logistics, and manage project documentation.
• Support cost management and review contractor quotations.
• Mentor interns, project engineers and assist superintendents.
