Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a commercial construction superintendent.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word) and Procore.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Drive project completion by maintaining a three-week schedule and coordinating with subs.
• Mentor field staff and coordinate with the office for project success.
• Ensure safety as a priority and enforce OSHA readiness.
• Prepare and document RFI, submittals, and pre-install meetings.
• Log progress photos and communications with customers and stakeholders.
• Close out the project with a comprehensive punch list.
