Job summary

Qualifications

• 10 years of work experience as a construction superintendent required;
• In lieu of a degree, 15+ years of relevant experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Promote and comply with all Company and safety policies.
• Supervise overall direction, coordination, and performance of subcontractors.
• Coordinate and supervise construction activities.
• Negotiate Change Orders and maintain construction schedule.
