Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead field crews and mentor personnel.

• Monitors productivity, efficiency, and profitability for all current projects.
• Mentors, trains, and develops personnel in all career aspects.
• Develops construction plans with project managers including schedule and resources.
• Ensures material, equipment, and inspections support the project schedule.
• Oversees field construction to meet design, budget, and schedule.
• Supervises subcontractors and craftsmen to ensure quality workmanship.
• Maintains accurate as-built drawings and project updates.
• Lead safety programs including fall protection and safety systems.
• Coordinate client interactions and on-site supervision.
