Job summary

Kent Companies is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support day-to-day field operations on concrete construction projects in Pflugerville, TX. You will help with project planning, scheduling, material coordination, technical reviews, quality control inspections, and safety compliance while coordinating with clients, Superintendents, Project Managers, and subcontractors.

• 2–4 years of concrete construction or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret project drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day field operations on concrete construction projects.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and material coordination.
• Perform quality control inspections and assist with safety compliance.
• Maintain daily reports, logs, and coordination with stakeholders.
