Job summary

BNBuilders is seeking a Senior Superintendent to manage all field operations on the assigned project, supervising Superintendents, Foremen, and craft workers to achieve timely, profitable completion. Strong leadership, organizational, and client-service skills are essential.

The role demands on-site supervision, coordination with trade contractors, and a focus on safety, quality, and schedule adherence. You will mentor field staff and report on-progress daily within a collaborative,

Responsibilities

Direct on-site supervision of field labor, including Superintendents, Foremen, subcontractors, and other personnel.
Assist Sr. Project Manager in overall construction effort per design, budget, quality, and schedule.
Provide technical assistance on drawings and construction methods.
Inspect contractor/subcontract operations for contract compliance.
Review and approve trade contractor payment applications with Project Manager.
Maintain good client relationships with Owner, Architect/Engineer, and partners.
Develop site logistics plan with Sr. Project Manager.
Coordinate quality assurance and controls; conduct inspections.
