The Donohoe Construction Company is seeking a Senior Superintendent to join our New Construction team in the Washington, DC region. This role oversees general construction operations on a project, including scheduling, sequencing, manpower forecasting, subcontractor management, and leading a project team in collaboration with Project Management staff.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in superintendent roles, a 4-year construction degree or equivalent, and experience with scheduling software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction or a related field is required.
• 10+ years of superintendent or construction experience.
• Experience with scheduling software and project management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general construction operations including scheduling and sequencing.
• Manage subcontractors and trades; lead project team.
• Maintain master schedule and weekly foreman meetings; ensure safety and QC programs.
