Michael Page in Ohio seeks a seasoned Superintendent to manage all site construction activities from project start to punch list. You will coordinate subcontractors, inspectors, and architects to ensure work meets drawings, specifications, and schedules.

The ideal candidate has ground-up experience on K-12 or higher education projects, with leadership and mentoring skills, strong communication, and good math and computer aptitude.

Formación

• Ground-up construction experience on K-12 or higher education projects.
• Experience in healthcare, education, multi-family, senior living, or mixed-use is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and mentoring skills.
• Proficiency in reading drawings and specifications; ability to train personnel.
• Strong math and computer aptitude.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all aspects of site construction from project start to punch list completion.
• Supervise and develop Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers and/or Interns as assigned.
• Document and ensure quality control and safety standards to provide a safe work environment for all parties.
• Read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Document all job site activity via daily reports including photographs.
• Maintain a working relationship with all local inspectors and code enforcement officials.
• Obtain all necessary inspections in order to receive all final permit sign offs/certificates of occupancy.
