Responsibilities

• Oversee, manage and document all day-to-day job site activities including OSHA safety compliance.
• Schedule and monitor field productivity.
• Understand owner contracts, subcontracts, drawings, specs and addenda; assist PM in on-site procedures.
• Communicate issues, events, performance and progress daily to the Project Manager.
• Report problems promptly to facilitate cost-effective solutions and maintain client relations.
• Lead by example to create synergy and drive teamwork on the project.
• Attend project turnover, mobilization, coordination, safety, and progress meetings.
• Manage documentation, pre-construction activities, and project closeout tasks.
