Job summary

M&M Home Exteriors in Georgia is seeking an experienced construction superintendent to plan and manage projects from start to finish on-site. You’ll lead general contractors, hire subcontractors, and ensure safety and compliance across the job-site while keeping projects on schedule.

You should have at least five years of field experience, a valid general contractor's license, OSHA 30 training, and strong leadership skills to guide teams and deliver quality results on large-scale builds.

Qualifications

• 5 years of construction field experience
• General contractor's license required
• OSHA 30 training completed
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and operate heavy equipment
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Discuss project costs with clients and keep within budget
• Certify high quality end product and oversee construction staff daily
• Hire subcontractors and ensure permits are in place
• Minimize injuries and delays with strict safety standards and reporting
• Submit homeowner plan including job cost estimate
