Job summary

Mortenson is seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent I in Washington, D.C. to manage multiple construction projects. Responsibilities include overseeing on-site teams, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with plans and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years in construction, including at least 10 years in a supervisory capacity, and a degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of construction experience.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a supervisory role.
• Current driver’s license and ability to travel up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Conduct effective pre-construction planning sessions.
