Job summary

Rudolph & Sletten, a Tutor Perini Company, seeks a Senior Superintendent to coordinate field operations on large commercial healthcare projects in Los Angeles and Irvine. You will lead project teams, manage safety, schedules, and quality, and ensure work aligns with OSHPD/HCAI requirements.

The role requires 15+ years in commercial construction, strong leadership, hospital project experience, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of commercial construction experience
• Experience leading large healthcare projects (acute-care hospitals, medical centers, occupied facilities)
• Knowledge of OSHPD/HCAI regulations, inspections, and documentation
• Ability to manage subcontractors and large field teams on fast-paced schedules
• Procore/Bluebeam/Primavera P6 and MS Office familiarity

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations for large commercial healthcare projects with accountability for safety, quality, schedule, and execution
• Develop, implement, and monitor site safety plans and OSHPD/HCAI compliance
• Plan complex phasing, site logistics, shutdowns, and patient/staff access coordination
• Create and manage master and short-interval schedules, manpower plans, and Lean/Last Planner practices
• Oversee subcontractors and field personnel, coordinate with owners, designers, inspectors, and trades
• Review contract docs, RFIs, submittals, and field conditions; mentor field staff
