What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily jobsite operations from start to finish
• Manage subcontractors and keep work on schedule
• Coordinate inspections, deliveries, and trade work
• Work closely with PMs, owners, architects, and inspectors
• Lead safety meetings and enforce jobsite safety standards
• Monitor quality and resolve issues quickly
• Drive projects through punch list and closeout

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years as a Superintendent on commercial projects
• Experience with ground-up and interior/tenant improvement work
• Strong knowledge of scheduling and site coordination
• Proven ability to lead subs and active jobsites
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
