Qualifications
7+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a general contractor.
Experience delivering ground-up and large renovation projects ($10M–$50M+).
Strong knowledge of means and methods across all trades.
Responsibilities
Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project close-out.
Manage subcontractors, self-perform crews, inspections, and daily site logistics.
Drive project schedules and coordinate closely with the Project Manager.
