Qualifications

• Commercial or industrial construction superintendent experience.
• Experience managing ground-up construction projects.
• Experience overseeing renovations, expansions, and facility improvements.
• Ability to supervise subcontractors and self-perform field crews.
• Experience managing site safety programs and conducting safety meetings.
• Ability to coordinate field operations, logistics, and project sequencing.
• Experience maintaining project schedules and driving milestone completion.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience coordinating with project managers, owners, architects, and engineers.
• Knowledge of quality control and inspection processes.
• Experience managing daily reports and project documentation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.
