Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a Superintendent on projects over $25 million.
• Strong on-site safety planning and documentation.
• Ability to develop and execute pre-job plans and CPM schedules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety standards and safety planning.
• Develop and execute the pre-job plan and construction techniques.
• Develop and maintain Site Utilization Plan.
• Prepare CPM baseline, schedule updates, and CPM narratives.
• Coordinate with Project Manager on equipment and subcontracts.
• Review monthly sub pay apps and labor reports.
• Expedite vendors and subcontractors to keep schedule.
• Maintain time-keeping and cost records.
• Close out the project per contract documents.
