Job summary

Ross Group is seeking a Superintendent to lead projects from inception to completion on varied sites across the South and Midwest. You will oversee safety, quality, schedule, and cost, coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to meet client expectations.

The ideal candidate has five to ten years of experience, excels under changing priorities, and demonstrates strong communication with owners, architects, engineers, and teams.

Qualifications

• Five to ten years’ experience as a Superintendent or Construction Manager.
• Proven track record in maintaining quality, schedule, safety, and cost.
• Ability to manage changing priorities and staff.
• Strong verbal and written communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from inception to completion.
• Monitor cost and schedule, and report progress.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
• Ensure safety guidelines and quality assurance.
• Prepare look-ahead schedules and manage changes.
