Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience in construction supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction operations for medium to large-scale projects, ensuring work complies with plans, safety regulations, and timelines.
• Supervise construction and civil field activities including excavation, foundations, grading, piping, and subcontractor oversight to meet specs and safety standards.
• Coordinate day-to-day site activities, manage subcontractors, materials, and equipment to maintain progress and efficiency.
• Monitor project schedules and adjust plans to meet milestones and deadlines; conduct site safety meetings per OSHA requirements.
• Communicate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure requirements are met and quality is maintained.
• Maintain daily reports of labor, materials, and issues; assist in budget tracking and resource allocation.
