Job summary

CTI and Associates, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent to lead on-site operations for medium to large-scale DOE, DoD, and commercial projects in the Richland area.

You will supervise subcontractors, coordinate day-to-day activities, ensure safety and quality standards, monitor schedules and budgets, and report daily on site activities. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision, with DOE/DoD or large commercial projects.
• OSHA 30-Hour certification required; First Aid/CPR preferred; additional certifications encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction operations for medium to large-scale projects, ensuring compliance with plans, safety regulations, and timelines.
• Supervise construction and civil field activities, including excavation, foundations, grading, earthwork, piping, and subcontractor oversight.
