Job summary

Megawatt Construction, Inc. in Houston, TX seeks an experienced Superintendent to oversee complex commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate will manage base building, concrete, structural shell, interior CSA, MEP systems, commissioning, and turnover.

This leadership role requires mentoring field teams, maintaining client relationships, and delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget, with experience on $100M+ ventures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience managing projects valued at $100 million or greater.
• Strong knowledge of concrete, structural shell, CSA construction, MEP systems, commissioning, and project closeout.
• Experience leading large field teams and Design-Build project delivery.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to mentor construction professionals and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations for assigned projects.
• Drive project schedules and coordinate all field activities.
• Oversee CSA and MEP construction activities including commissioning.
• Mentor Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, and Foremen.
• Maintain strong client relationships and pursue opportunities.
• Ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and budget objectives.
