Job summary

A3 Staffing seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager in Buffalo, NY to oversee concrete, masonry, and general building projects from initiation through close‑out. You will manage safety, quality control, scheduling, costs, procurement, and day‑to‑day coordination with designers, owners, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities include leading site safety efforts, maintaining documentation, and ensuring timely submittals and RFIs while coordinating with architects and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide full lifecycle management of concrete, masonry, and general construction projects.
• Lead site safety efforts and enforce company and regulatory safety standards.
• Maintain quality control by reviewing work in place, verifying compliance with drawings and specifications, and addressing deficiencies.
• Develop, update, and manage project schedules to keep work on track and aligned with milestones.
• Monitor project costs, track productivity, and support budget control and forecasting.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, including coordination with vendors and suppliers.
• Direct and coordinate daily activities for subcontractors and internal crews.
• Manage the submittal and RFI process, ensuring timely review and communication with architects, consultants, and owners.
• Maintain accurate project records and document control, including drawings, changes, and correspondence.
