Job summary

MPI in Buffalo, NY seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager/Superintendent to lead ground-up projects across Western New York. The role oversees all phases of construction, coordinates subcontractors, and works with architects to deliver projects safely, on time, and to specification.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of site supervision or project management, familiarity with MS Project/Primavera/Procore, OSHA 30 or safety credentials, and the ability to run on-site meetings with clients

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in construction project management or site supervision
• OSHA 30 certification or safety credentials preferred
• Experience with project scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera, or Procore)
• Ability to lead on-site meetings with clients, engineers, contractors and consultants
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and building codes

Responsibilities

• Oversee ground-up construction projects from foundation to completion.
• Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and other stakeholders to meet requirements.
• Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and documentation.
• Ensure work meets company standards, codes, and safety regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during construction.
• Maintain communication with management and provide progress updates.
