Qualifications

Ability to accurately document, price, and compile change orders.
Experience with scheduling and managing project timelines.
Responsibilities
Ensure safety of every worker on site and conduct safety inspections.
Prepare and manage detailed project schedules.
Coordinate with subcontractors and oversee project budgets and billing.
