Qualifications

• Minimum 10-15 years construction experience, preferably in public school construction.
• Ability to accurately document, price, and compile change orders.
• Experience with scheduling and managing project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of every worker on site and conduct safety inspections.
• Prepare and manage detailed project schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and oversee project budgets and billing.
