gpac is seeking a qualified Superintendent to coordinate and lead the field team on high-value custom home projects, with project values of $5M and greater. You will be responsible for delivering each phase on time and within budget while exceeding client expectations.

The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years of superintendent experience, a proven track record of managing timelines and budgets, and a history of leading construction projects through multiple phases concurrently.

• Industry consistent work history.
