Job summary

Qualifications

• 8 years of related experience with at least 2 years in construction management/supervision.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree.
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects against plans to ensure budget, schedule, and quality are met.
• Ensure staffing, equipment, and materials are available per timelines.
• Review, negotiate, and approve change orders.
• Maintain continuous communication with management, clients, and subcontractors.
• Mentor junior staff and supervise field crews, including unionized teams if applicable.
