Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree, 8+ years in project management, and an active TS/SCI clearance. The position offers a salary range of USD $110,000 to $125,000 along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing complex construction or facilities projects.
• Strong experience leading multi-disciplinary teams (e.g., architects, engineers, contractors).
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction and facilities projects from initiation through physical and financial closeout.
• Develop and execute project management plans, schedules, and status reporting.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and field personnel to ensure successful project delivery.
