Job summary

Fluor Corporation in the United States is seeking a Project Engineer/Specialist to review contracts, help prepare project execution documents and support the Project Director across baseline, safety, quality and profitability initiatives.

You will coordinate staffing, assist with project organization and communicate with project leads to ensure alignment with the OSR/OSIP and execution plans. Strong PM, HSE and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or global equivalent required with 7+ years experience, or 11 years if no degree.
• Strong communication with diverse stakeholders; project management knowledge and applicable guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Review the Fluor prime contract and subcontracts.
• Collaborate to prepare project execution documents per OSR and OSIP.
• Support the Project Director in emphasizing HSE across all phases.
• Report on project requirements for baseline execution, safety, quality and productivity.
• Prepare a PD-approved draft for the project baseline and communicate to teams.
• Develop contract summaries, scopes, and communicate to project leads.
• Support establishment of project organization and staffing.
• Participate in Project Execution Plan and Procedures Manual maintenance.
• Lead execution framework ensuring safety, quality, value, and profitability.
• Establish client relations for cooperation and follow-on work.
