Job summary

CenCore Group is seeking a Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) Site Security Manager to oversee security operations for cleared construction sites. This role protects personnel, property, and sensitive information by managing security operations, surveillance systems, personnel, compliance, incidents, and stakeholder coordination.

The ideal candidate has strong CST experience, active Top Secret clearance eligibility, proven security management skills, and the ability to lead teams in

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• U.S. citizenship required; must be able to provide a valid U.S. Passport Book or Passport Card.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 5 years of CST experience.
• Valid CST certification required.
• Security management or supervisory experience in a construction, cleared facility, data center, physical security, military, government, or high-security environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain security plans for cleared construction sites.
• Oversee surveillance systems, cameras, alarms, access control, and related security technologies.
• Conduct security audits, inspections, and risk assessments; identify vulnerabilities and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, site leaders, and stakeholders to align security with construction schedules.
• Manage, supervise, train, and support security personnel; ensure compliance with policies and post orders.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies; coordinate with law enforcement and leadership.
• Maintain detailed records of security activities, incidents, and investigations.
