You will coordinate schedules, analyze time impacts, and participate in change orders while ensuring conformance to contracts and budgets. The role requires deep Primavera scheduling expertise, strong MS Office skills, and a track record of delivering accurate earned value assessments on major projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of scheduling experience on large construction programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation of project schedules based on defined project execution philosophies.
• Perform contractor schedule reviews for contract conformance and quality assurance.
• Evaluate contract change orders and amendments for impact on budget and schedule.
• Perform time impact analysis of project schedule delays and potential claims.
• Participate in change order negotiations.
• Perform Critical Path and Earned Value analyses.
• Review contractor's weekly and monthly schedule progress and present findings to management.
