Summary

Position Summary: Responsible for developing the overall master schedule for the projects. This includes highly complex computerized critical‑path schedules for projects. As such, the position requires a breadth of understanding of complex infrastructure projects and the multiple disciplines involved in project planning, siting, permitting, design, construction and closeout.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project schedule for assigned project.
• Coordinate closely with the engineers and superintendents to develop activities and durations that align with the bid and Contract requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to develop schedule activities for subcontractor work to be incorporated into the project schedule.
• Review Plans, Specifications, and all Contract documents to develop an independent analysis of all scheduling requirements.
• Generate multiple schedule scenarios in coordination with the estimating department in order to identify potential time and cost savings.
• Serve as technical expert for P6 and provide support to office personnel as needed.
• Lead a team of schedulers to maintain project schedule.
• Maintains knowledge of Traylor Bros company values and strategic plan.
• Support published corporate policies.
• Perform additional assignments per management’s direction.
