Job summary

Traylor Bros., Inc. is seeking a seasoned Scheduler to develop and manage master schedules for complex infrastructure projects, coordinating with engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors to align with bid requirements.

The role requires expert knowledge of Primavera P6, strong independent work capability, and a background in construction scheduling with 7–10 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution.
• 7-10 years’ construction scheduling experience.
• Advanced knowledge of P6 software.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project schedules for assigned projects.
• Coordinate with engineers and superintendents to align activities with bid and contract requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to incorporate schedule activities into the project schedule.
• Review Plans, Specifications, and Contract documents to analyze scheduling requirements.
• Generate multiple schedule scenarios with Estimating to identify potential time and cost savings.
• Serve as technical expert for P6 and provide support to staff as needed.
• Lead a team of schedulers to maintain the project schedule.
