Job summary

Qualifications

• Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents.
• Conduct schedule of resource loading and leveling.
• Apply EVM methodology to measure project progress.
• Maintain liaison with clients and other consultants at all project stages.

Job Description

Turner & Townsendis seeking an experiencedSenior Schedulerto join our talented Infrastructure team to supportscheduling as a project controls function on alarge-scaleproject. The ideal individual will have a proventrack recordof successfully delivering construction project control services.

** Due to federal contract requirements, applicants must be U.S. citizens and capable of obtaining and maintaining a U.S. Public Trust security clearance. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of the Public Trust investigation. **

Responsibilities

• Develop,monitorand updateowners'Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Establish the schedule management program and deliverables to be used on large scale capital programs.
• Interface with project stakeholders astrusted advisorsto provide guidance and recommendations for the project.
• Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for approval by project teams.
• Conductschedule ofresource loading and leveling.
• Assess impactsonthe critical path and near-critical activities and report to the project team.
• Monitor schedule deviations and variances andassistin thedevelopmentof alternative methods for corrective action.
• Apply EVMmethodologyto measure project progress.
• Review schedules with project team members on a regular basis to ensure thataccurateandtimelydata is incorporatedintothe schedule.
• Prepare and provide schedule progress reports, trendingcharts,and schedule analysis on a periodic basis.
• Maintain record of scope changes, trends and variances that potentially affect schedule performance.
• Assurethe credibilityof the information contained in the schedule.
• Maintain liaison withclientsand other consultants at allprojectsstages.
