Job summary

Pacific Pros seeks a Safety, Assistant Manager II for Los Angeles World Airport projects. You will lead safety programs, coordinate with contractors, LAWA inspectors and the PM team to ensure compliant, effective safety practices on major construction sites.

You will review safety plans, write reports, and mentor staff, with emphasis on measurable safety outcomes and timely communications. This is an on-site, full-time role in LA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent remains a minimum requirement.
• BCSP certification or better is required within six months of hire.
• Five years of vertical, tunnel, or heavy civil construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety programs with contractors and LAWA teams.
• Conduct regular site walks and safety inspections across projects.
• Prepare and present safety reports and observations.
• Coordinate with ADG Safety platform and stakeholders on safety actions.
• Ensure compliance with contract safety requirements and documentation.
